A coordinator whose role is to inspire, coordinate and guide the work of students, liaise with stakeholders inside and outside the university, and ensure proper management, particularly of the budget;
An assistant coordinator to support the coordinator and work closely with the Student Affairs Department;
A pool of student jobbers to support management, communication, community and engagement activities around sustainable development projects;
A network of "Greeners", student volunteers, who will be called upon for events and specific actions in support of field projects;
Interns and/or students in the framework of their TFE in support of its management activities or in the development of specific projects.

In order to move forward quickly and efficiently in its projects, the Green Office favors partnerships that allow the synergy of activities and resources to achieve common goals. The incubator Venturelab which supports students in the creation of their company, taking into account sustainability;
The S'LAB which aims to accelerate the integration of sustainability in all aspects of HEC ULiège;
The Student Life Council, in connection with the Fédé and the student circles;
The university NGO Eclosio, one of whose missions is to make students aware of sustainable development;
The meeting-conference forum Liège Créative, which aims to bring together actors from research, business and the public sector to promote decompartmentalization;
Réjouisciences which promotes the dissemination and popularization of ULiège sciences to schools and the general public;
The City of Liège Environment Department, in particular the Zero Waste - Zero Plastic unit;
The Ceinture Aliment-Terre Liégeoise (CATL) , which aims to mobilize players to develop a short, ecological and job-creating food chain, in particular around the Nourrir Liège and Nourrir Les Campus festivals;
Neo & Nea which aims to help citizens understand the challenges of climate change and take action, and has developed a carbon footprint calculator adapted to the Belgian context;
Launched in the spring of 2022, the replication project brings together higher education institutions in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation around twin challenges in favor of sustainability!
